- Working Hours: 8:30am to 5:30pm

• Process customer orders accurately and on time.
• Prepare Sales Orders (SO), Purchase Orders (PO), and related documents.
• Work closely with the Sales team to ensure customer orders are fulfilled efficiently.
• Coordinate with other departments to support order processing and delivery schedules.
• Respond to customer enquiries via email and phone in a timely manner.
• Ensure sales-related documents and materials are complete and up to date.
• Perform general administrative and documentation tasks.
• Carry out other ad hoc duties and responsibilities assigned by the company from time to time.

Requirements:

• Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to multitasking, responsible, willing to learn
• This is a temporary position to cover an employee who is on maternity leave .
• Contract duration: August 2026 to January 2026.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
