Location: Senawang

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily operations within the logistic transportation industry.
• Lead marketing and business development initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, resolving complaints promptly.
• Supervise driver discipline and conduct safety briefings.
• Conduct road surveys and manage shipment escorts.
• Evaluate driver performance and prepare reports.
• Drive sales to meet and exceed targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, 3PL, or supply chain.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience in operations and marketing/business development is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
