Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our wholesale team. In this role, you’ll be the key contact for clients, assist to build strong, long-term relationships and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming customer inquiries.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels in the retail area.
• Prepare sales quotations and process customer orders.
• Stay informed about product updates, customer needs, and market trends
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients
• Follow up on sales leads and quotations to support conversions
• Keep sales records and customer data updated in the sales system
• Perform general administrative tasks related to sales operations

Requirements:

• SPM.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in either 2: Mandarin, English or Bahasa Malaysia.

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience in wholesale, retail, or B2B sales.
• Previous experience in customer service or showroom sales.
• Proficient in other languages or dialects.
