Key Responsibilities

Beverage Preparation

· Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based beverages, teas, and other drinks according to company standards.

· Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all beverages.

· Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment.

· Monitor beverage inventory and replenish supplies as needed.

Customer Service

· Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.

· Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.

· Provide product recommendations and answer customer inquiries.

· Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues professionally.

Cash Handling and Sales

· Process customer payments using POS systems.

· Handle cash, credit card transactions, and daily sales procedures.

· Promote menu items, special offers, and loyalty programs.

Cleanliness and Hygiene

· Maintain cleanliness of the café, service counters, seating areas, and equipment.

· Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.

· Ensure proper storage and handling of food and beverage products.

Inventory and Operations

· Assist with stock receiving, storage, and inventory counts.

· Monitor ingredient and supply levels and report shortages.

· Support opening and closing procedures of the café.

Qualifications and Requirements

· Previous experience as a Barista, Café Crew, or in customer service is preferred.

· Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and brewing techniques is an advantage.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: From RM1,900.00 per month
