Role Description The Marketing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Ipoh. This position is responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote financial products and services, aligned with agency and Prudential brand guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, identifying target segments, supporting sales initiatives, and coordinating promotional activities both online and offline. The Marketing Executive will prepare marketing materials, track campaign performance, and collaborate closely with the sales team to drive lead generation and client engagement. The role also involves maintaining consistent communication with internal stakeholders, assisting with events, and contributing ideas to strengthen PNU’s market presence.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Market Planning and Marketing to design and implement effective campaigns.
• Candidates should possess skills in Market Research to analyze customer needs, trends, and competitive positioning.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Sales skills to support client outreach and collaborate with internal teams.
• Relevant skills such as basic digital marketing, presentation skills, and proficiency in common office software are beneficial.
• A diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred, along with the ability to work on-site in Ipoh.
