About the Role

We are looking for a dependable and hands-on Freelance Warehouse Assistant to support our warehouse and logistics operations on an as-needed basis. This role is ideal for individuals seeking flexible work arrangements and who are comfortable working in a warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

Receiving & Inspection

• Receive and unload incoming deliveries.
• Verify goods against purchase orders and delivery documents.
• Inspect items for damages, defects, or discrepancies and report any issues promptly.

Storage & Organization

• Label, sort, and store products systematically.
• Organize inventory for easy accessibility and efficient warehouse operations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse environment.

Order Fulfillment

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or collection.
• Ensure orders are accurate and completed within required timelines.
• Follow packing and handling procedures to minimize errors and damages.

Logistics Support

• Coordinate with drivers, couriers, and delivery personnel.
• Assist with loading and unloading activities.
• Support smooth movement of goods within the warehouse and delivery process.

Health & Safety Compliance

• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.
• Use warehouse equipment responsibly and safely.
• Report hazards, accidents, or unsafe conditions immediately.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse, logistics, or inventory handling experience preferred.
• Physically fit and able to carry and move goods when required.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
