Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of multiple clinic branches to ensure operational efficiency and service excellence.
• Conduct regular branch visits to ensure compliance with company SOPs, KKM regulations, and quality standards.
• Monitor clinic performance, KPIs, patient experience, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead operational audits, licensing, regulatory compliance, and corrective action plans.
• Manage branch budgets, inventory, cost control, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Collaborate with Marketing to support business growth and increase patient volume.
• Coach and support Clinic Managers and branch teams to achieve operational and sales targets.
• Coordinate maintenance of clinic facilities and equipment to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare operational reports, performance analysis, and recommendations for Management.
• Lead staff development, training, and foster a high-performance work culture.
• Handle operational escalations, major incidents, and other ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by Management.

Pay: From RM2,200.00 per month
