Position Overview :

Exis Tech is seeking a detail-oriented and efficiency-driven Logistics Officer to join our operations team. In this role, you will play a critical part in our supply chain by managing inventory, preparing goods for shipment, and ensuring that our high-value technology products and equipment are securely packed and dispatched.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with specialized industrial packaging techniques and machinery, ensuring all items meet quality and safety standards before leaving our facility.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Advanced Packaging & Order Fulfillment

- Pack, secure, and label goods accurately according to shipment orders and company standards.

- Utilize expanding foam packing systems to create custom-molded, shock-absorbing protection for sensitive or irregularly shaped components.

- Operate and maintain air cushion packaging systems to produce efficient void-fill and protective wrapping.

- Safely set up and operate industrial shrink-wrapping machinery to secure palletized loads and bulk shipments.

2. Inventory & Warehouse Management

- Receive, inspect, and log incoming materials and outgoing shipments against delivery orders.

- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with safety regulations.

- Monitor stock levels of packaging consumables (shrink wrap, foam chemicals, air pillows) and report shortages.

3. Shipping & Documentation

- Prepare precise shipping documentation, including packing lists, delivery orders, and consignment notes.

- Coordinate with internal departments and external freight forwarders or couriers to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.

Job Requirements :

• A Diploma or Professional Certificate in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehousing, or a related field would be advantageous.
• SPM holders with extensive relevant experience are highly encouraged to apply.
• Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or logistics environment.
• Proven experience with specialized packaging: Must be fully proficient in using expanding foam protection, air cushion systems, and heavy-duty shrink-wrapping machinery.
• Familiarity with warehouse safety protocols and the correct handling of industrial packaging materials.
• Basic computer literacy for data entry and checking shipment logs (experience with ERP or Inventory systems is a plus).

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
