Responsibilities:

• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and regulations
• Oversee tender processes to ensure fairness and transparency
• Manage vendor onboarding, performance, and relationships
• Identify and mitigate procurement risks
• Coordinate audits and ensure procurement records are audit-ready
• Analyze procurement data to support cost savings and better decision-making
• Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 8 years relevant procurement experience, including at least 5 years in a supervisory or governance role.
• Strong knowledge of procurement governance, tendering, contract administration, vendor management and ERP procurement systems.
• Excellent analytical, communication, report writing and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in a diversified group or public listed company will be an advantage.
