Location: Ipoh (HQ), Perak
Company: Delima Kinta Sdn. Bhd.
Salary: RM5,000 – RM10,000 (Based on Experience)

Delima Kinta Sdn. Bhd. is an authorized Honda 4S Centre providing vehicle sales, after-sales services, genuine parts, body & paint, and insurance services. Established in 2003, we operate in Ipoh and Taiping, Perak, and have consistently been recognized as one of the top-performing Honda dealerships in West Malaysia.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to strengthen brand awareness and drive business growth.
  • Lead and manage the marketing team in planning and executing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Oversee marketing initiatives across the Ipoh and Taiping branches to ensure consistent brand presence.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to increase customer acquisition and achieve business targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners, media agencies, and external vendors.
  • Prepare marketing strategies, business proposals, reports, and presentations for management.
  • Travel between Ipoh and Taiping branches to support marketing operations and business development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4–5 years of marketing experience, with leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
  • Able to communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
  • Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation.
  • Willing to travel between Ipoh and Taiping when required.
