Job Responsibilities: -

• Carry out site supervision duties as assigned, in accordance with Architect and Consultant standard’s practice.
• Check and ensure work on site are constructed in accordance with drawings & specifications.
• Report to Architect and Consultant on any sub-standard works or peculiarity on site.
• Maintain a site diary and proper records in accordance with Architect and Consultant standard.
• To ensure quality control on site.
• Monitor Contractor progress according to approved work programmed.
• Check and verify Contractor site diary report and by-weekly site progress report.
• To issue site memo/NCR when required.

Job Task: -

• Ensure that the Quality System continues to operate in line with:-

a) the specified policies and procedures

b) the drawings and contract specification.

• Attend training as and when required by the Management.
• Performs all other scope of works and/or responsibilities which can vary, from time-to-time, as instructed by the Consultant.
• In all circumstances, as a team member of the Company, you shall be required to assist in any Company event and activity that is held.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
