Role Overview

Kopi Recruit is looking for a Recruitment Sourcing Intern/Executive to support our recruitment delivery team in identifying, shortlisting and engaging potential candidates for active client roles. This role is best suited for someone who is resourceful, detail-oriented and comfortable speaking to people. You will be involved mainly in candidate sourcing, market mapping, resume screening and initial outreach.

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates across job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases and other recruitment channels.

Build candidate pipelines for active roles across technology, sales, operations and corporate functions.

Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.

Conduct basic candidate screening, including availability, salary expectations, notice period and interest level.

Maintain accurate candidate records, tracker updates and recruitment notes.

Support market mapping by identifying relevant companies, job titles and talent pools.

Assist with candidate outreach through calls, WhatsApp, email and LinkedIn messages.

Coordinate interview availability between candidates and the recruitment team where needed.

Help format resumes and prepare candidate summaries for client submission.

Support ad-hoc recruitment operations and administrative tasks.

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree.

Strong communication skills and willingness to speak with candidates.

Comfortable using LinkedIn, job portals, Google Sheets/Excel and basic online research tools.

Organised, detail-oriented and able to follow up consistently.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple roles at the same time.

No prior recruitment experience required, but interest in talent sourcing, HR or sales is preferred.
