JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Assist in all maintenance or repair works of the entire building structure, fittings and fixtures, painting and varnishing work in the hotel and entire lock system.
• Assist in constructing new furniture, fittings, and fixtures as directed by Senior Maintenance Supervisor.
• Undertakes daily work orders or maintenance requests as assigned by the shift supervisor or Senior Maintenance Supervisor.
• Promptly report problems and completion of assigned works to the shift supervisor or Senior Maintenance Supervisor.
• Arranges necessary supplies/equipment to carry out assigned work and to ensure all tools and equipment are kept properly and in good condition after used.
• Promptly reports hazardous practices and conditions to Senior Maintenance Supervisor or Director of Maintenance and immediately implement agreed corrective measures.
• Ensure that all work areas/workshops are kept in an orderly manner and clean at all times.
• Familiar with all fire-fighting equipment and location to perform with the assistance of other engineering associates and other departments, fire-fighting services.
• Undertakes all daily work orders or maintenance requests as assigned by the Supervisors and ensures that all works are carried out efficiently and satisfactorily within the expected time frame.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Possess at least SPM / SPMV
• Fresh candidate with basic experience.
• Able to work independently with less supervision.
• Good health and eye vision.
• Willing to work in Putra Nilai.
