Duties & Responsibilities: -

• Monitor inventory levels and place purchase orders when stock reaches the established safety stock level.
• Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company purchasing procedures.
• Update and maintain accurate stock movement records in the inventory management system. Maintain organized purchasing and inventory records for audit and reference purposes.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of ordered materials.
• Verify the accuracy of received goods against purchase orders and delivery documents.
• Work closely with the warehouse and other departments to ensure inventory accuracy and material availability.
• Conduct monthly stock counts and assist in inventory reconciliation.
• Perform other purchasing and inventory-related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in purchasing, inventory control, or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and any inventory systems.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Basic understanding of inventory control and purchasing processes.

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
