Key Responsibilities:

• According to the requirements of product production plan, be responsible for organizing the implementation and completing the production tasks with good quality and quantity;
• Conduct skills training for workshop staff (including equipment operation, process instruction, record filling, safety education, etc.) and assist superiors to evaluate them;
• Responsible for supervising employees to perform on-site process discipline, improve production efficiency and ensure product quality;
• Be responsible for implementing and executing relevant quality management regulations, and cooperate to improve the quality management process;
• Be responsible for feeding back the abnormal situations (such as process, equipment and environment) in this process to the superior leaders in time, and follow up and coordinate them as soon as possible; Responsible for handling emergencies in the workshop area, and coordinating and handling various contradictions and disputes;
• Responsible for following up and checking the rectification of safety problems, and handling the links that have not been rectified;
• Carry out and implement the company's cost control objectives, strengthen the control of the use of raw materials in the workshop, continuously improve the utilization rate of equipment, save energy and reduce consumption, etc.
• Responsible for arranging and urging the related product processes to do the daily inspection and primary and secondary maintenance of production equipment.

Requirements:

• Education level: college degree or above or equivalent, bachelor’s degree is preferred;
• Major (type of work): major in engineering or management;
• Work experience: familiar with the production process of MIM industry, including more than 3 years working experience in production supervisor or equivalent position;
• Knowledge requirements: familiar with production procedures and quality standards, mechanical industry background is preferred, and skilled use of ERP and other system software.
