About the role

As the Human Resource Assistant at Mywisehome Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR team in various administrative tasks. This full-time position is based in Kamunting, Perak, and offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of human resources.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assisting with the recruitment and onboarding process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communications, and maintaining employee records

  2. Providing administrative support for HR-related functions such as payroll, leave management, and employee benefits

  3. Collaborating with the HR team to organise and coordinate employee training and development programs

  4. Maintaining and updating the company's HR database and related documents

  5. Handling general HR-related inquiries and providing support to employees as needed

  6. Assisting with the implementation of HR policies and procedures

What we're looking for

  1. Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  2. At least 1 year of experience in a similar HR assistant or administrative role

  3. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

  4. Proficiency in using HR-related SQL software and standard office productivity tools

  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

  6. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
