Hume Cement Hiring! Full Time Central Control Room Executive (CCR) in Perak - Ricebowl

As the Executive Central Control Room (CCR) at Hume Cement Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial part in the company's manufacturing operations. This full-time position is based in Gopeng, Perak, and will involve overseeing the production planning and scheduling processes to ensure the efficient and effective running of the cement production facility.

1. Control and monitor cement manufacturing processes from CCR including start-ups, shutdowns, and emergency handling in accordance with SOPs

2. Ensure safe, stable, and efficient plant operations within design limits, production targets, and environmental standards

3. Monitor and adjust process parameters to maintain product quality across all production stages

4. Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams to troubleshoot issues and prevent equipment failures

5. Continuously track plant performance and contribute to process improvements and cost efficiency

6. Maintain clear and effective communication during operations and shift handovers

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3-6 years of progressive experience in mill operations or a related role in a cement manufacturing environment.

• In-depth knowledge of Vertical Cement Mill and Ball Mill operations, grinding processes, and associated equipment.

• Proficiency in utilizing control room systems and distributed control systems.

• Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret performance data and make informed decisions.
