WE'RE HIRING – SITE SUPERVISOR (BIOLOGICAL & AGRICULTURAL ENGINEER)

Location: Gambang, Pahang
Farm Size: 27 Acres
Salary: RM3,500 – RM5,000 per month

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor with a background in Biological Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Agronomy, Horticulture, or a related field to oversee the daily operations of our 27-acre durian farm. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, leading a team, and driving farm productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily farm operations and field activities.
• Lead and manage farm workers to ensure efficient task execution.
• Monitor tree health, irrigation, fertilization, pest, and disease management.
• Implement agricultural best practices to improve productivity and fruit quality.
• Maintain farm records, inventory, and operational reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company standards.
• Coordinate with management to achieve production targets.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Biological Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Agronomy, Horticulture, Agriculture, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in agriculture, plantation, or farm management (durian plantation experience is an advantage).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and supervise a team effectively.
• Willing to be based in Gambang, Pahang.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transport (preferred).
