Urgent Hiring | Package Buyer | FPSO Project | Malaysia

We are hiring an experienced Package Buyer for a major international FPSO (Floating Production Storage and Offloading) project in Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete procurement cycle for assigned equipment and package purchases.
• Prepare and issue RFQs, evaluate commercial bids, and negotiate with suppliers.
• Coordinate with engineering, project, QA/QC, and expediting teams to ensure timely procurement.
• Prepare purchase orders and monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, and documentation.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with project specifications, company procedures, and contractual requirements.
• Maintain strong communication with vendors and internal stakeholders throughout the procurement process.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience as a Package Buyer on FPSO, Offshore, Oil & Gas, EPC, or Marine projects.
• Strong knowledge of package procurement, vendor management, commercial negotiations, and contract administration.
• Familiarity with international procurement standards and project execution.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
