Key Responsibilities

  • Drive property sales by identifying and connecting with prospective buyers, investors, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct engaging property presentations, tours, and consultations to showcase the unique features and benefits of our developments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored property solutions.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Stay updated on property market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide informed advice to clients.
  • Manage the sales process from inquiry to post-sale, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to drive lead generation initiatives and ensure seamless customer outreach.


Qualifications

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Enthusiastic, driven, and self-motivated.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is preferred.
  • Experience in sales or property related industry is an advantage.
