Hiring Positions:

1- IOW M&E (Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering recognized by Board of Engineers, Malaysia (BEM).

Job Descriptions:

1. Inspecting the installation of mechanical systems, such as heating and air conditioning equipment, gas piping, and gas-fired and oil-fired appliances

2. Supervising construction work to ensure it's done according to approved specifications and in compliance with local authority requirements

3. Monitoring the progress of construction work, including piling, structural and architectural works, external works, and infrastructure works

4. Preparing and updating daily progress reports and regularly reporting to relevant superiors on the progress of works

5. Identifying any outstanding works and problems encountered on site and proposing mitigation solutions

6. Ensuring that all works are completed with good workmanship and meet standards set by the Architect and the Employer

7. Maintaining all relevant forms, documents, correspondences, and records in respect to daily work records

2- IOW ELECTRICAL (Diploma in Electrical Engineering recognized by Board of Engineers, Malaysia (BEM).

Job Description.

1. Coordinate and supervise site work, including monitoring work in progress and conducting final inspections

2. Perform quality control checks and document testing of materials and systems

3. Verify that materials and electrical systems comply with codes and standards

4. Report on work progress to superiors and identify any problems or outstanding work

5. Work closely with the Resident Engineer and follow their instructions

6. Prepare written reports and maintain records of work

Requirements:

• Registered with BEM as a Graduate Engineer.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a consultancy environment.
• Experience in AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Offices.
• Good inter-personal skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Able to write and speak Bahasa Malaysia.
• Possess a valid driving license (Class D/DA or Class B2) and own transport.
• Willing to travel for meeting and site inspection/investigation.
• Ability to write reports, technical paper and review articles related to engineering.
• Multitasking, demonstrate teamwork, have sense of urgency and positive attitude.
• Participate in business operations, such as those involving corporate social responsibility Collaborate together on projects and corporate initiatives.
