Customer Service (Work From Home)

We're looking for a friendly, well-spoken, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive. If you have experience as a Dental Surgery Assistant (DSA), understand dental treatments, and enjoy communicating with patients, we'd love to hear from you.

This is a full-time Work From Home (WFH) position where you'll be the first point of contact for our patients, helping them with enquiries, appointments, and providing an excellent customer experience across our digital platforms.

Requirements:

• Age = 25 - 30
• Experience as DSA minimum 1 year
• Good understanding of dental treatment procedures
• Good english
• Soft voice

Offer:

• Salary - RM1800
• Location - WFH
• 6 days/ week

Responsibilities:

• Reply whatsapp, fb, ig, tiktok, youtube and CRM
• Follow up patients
• Liase with branch to schedule appointments

Pay: RM1,800.00 per month
