ZTE Malaysia Hiring! Full Time Materials Controller in Sarawak - Ricebowl

1. Project Delivery Order (DO), Delivery Return (DR) & other related docs preparation.
2. Responsible for project scope, schedule, cost, and delivery quality to ensure materials are received/delivered in full, cost effective, accurate and on time orders. Responsible for all materials quality and quantity issue and to improve quality performance at site.
3. Arrange material transfer between regional warehouses to meet production schedules.
4. Analyze slow-moving or obsolete materials and provide actionable recommendations to improve inventory turnover.
5. Generate detailed and accurate reports and trackers to support material analysis and to prevent any discrepancies. Accurately operate and update data into company system.
6. Monitor inventory movements, flag low stock or anomalies in a timely manner.Support monthly/quarterly/yearly inventory counts and assist with discrepancy analysis.
7. Monitor spare part inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability, track usage and movement of spare parts to prevent shortages or overstock. Coordinate with maintenance teams for timely replenishment.
8. Actively coordinate with the relevant roles of the project team and advance the project implementation progress as planned.
9. Knowledge of company materials and systems.
10. Responsible for project compliance operations to ensure project delivery complies with the company's relevant management systems and regulations.
11. Ultimate goal is to ensure all inventory management are met according to company project direction.

Job Requirements

1. Advanced Diploma or equivalent (required); associate or Bachelor’s Degree qualification or above majoring in Telecommunication / IT / Computer Science / Engineering / or other related technical discipline.
2. Preffered minimum 1 year of experience in delivery order creation, inventory control, or materials management, preferably in manufacturing or trading companies. Fresh graduate are welcome too.
