Responsibilities * Manage full spectrum of HR & Administration functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, leave, employee records, and performance management. * Ensure compliance with Company policies, procedures, and statutory requirements. * Liaise with Government agencies such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Labour Department, and Immigration Department. * Handle foreign worker matters including permit applications, renewals, hostel management, and compliance. * Prepare HR reports, employment contracts, and administrative documentation. * Support employee relations and advise on HR policies and procedures. * Oversee office administration, procurement, and facility maintenance. * Perform any other duties assigned by Management. Requirements * Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience in HR & Administration, preferably in a manufacturing environment. * Knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act, labour regulations, payroll, and statutory requirements. * Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. * Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. * Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR/Payroll systems. * Positive attitude, integrity, and strong problem-solving skills. * Candidates who can join immediately or within short notice are encouraged to apply.
