Job Responsibilities

As our Finance Executive, you will be responsible for:

• Manage the company's full set of accounts and daily finance operations.
• Prepare monthly management reports, financial statements, and cash flow reports.
• Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Monitor bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare payment schedules and process supplier payments.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and Malaysian regulations.
• Support inventory costing, stock reconciliation, and cost control initiatives.
• Assist in developing and improving finance SOPs and internal controls.
• Perform any other finance or administrative duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in accounting or finance.
• Experience in the F&B, retail, or manufacturing industry is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards and statutory requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
