Jobscope:

• Monitor and ensure compliance with environmental laws, regulations, and project environmental requirements.
• Conduct regular environmental inspections and audits at project sites.
• Implement and monitor Environmental Management Plans (EMP).
• Ensure proper waste management, pollution control, erosion and sediment control measures are in place.
• Monitor environmental performance indicators and prepare reports for management and authorities.
• Investigate environmental incidents, complaints, and non-conformances, and recommend corrective actions.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities such as DOE (Department of Environment), Local Authorities, and relevant agencies.
• Ensure all environmental permits, licenses, and approvals are maintained and renewed.
• Prepare environmental documentation and reports required by clients, consultants, and authorities.

Requirement :

• Degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science or a related course
• Ideally at least 3 - 5 years hands-on experience in implementing Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) approval conditions onsite, preparation of Environmental Management Plans (EMP) and conduct of Environmental Monitoring Works
• Good communication skills
• Able to converse well in English , Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarina
• Strong ethical behavior - loyal, responsible and honest at all times
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Possession of environmental-related certifications such as CESSWI, CePIETSO, CePSWaM, or equivalent is preferred.
• Able to travel independently on work assignments.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
