Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison between customers and internal teams on quality-related matters.
• Manage customer complaints using structured problem-solving tools (8D, FMEA, RCA) and implement effective corrective actions.
• Coordinate First Article (FA) inspections and ensure quality readiness for new product introductions (NPI).
• Support APQP, PPAP, Control Plans, PFMEA, and inspection standard development.
• Analyze quality performance using SPC, Pareto analysis, PPM, scrap, and other quality KPIs.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives through Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Collaborate with customers to reduce defects and improve product quality.
• Support internal, customer, and third-party audits while ensuring compliance with ISO and IATF standards.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality engineering within metal stamping or sheet metal fabrication.
• Good knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485, and IATF 16949.
• Hands-on experience with APQP, PPAP, CMM, and quality tools such as 8D, FMEA, SPC, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
