About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Production Supervisor/Production Engineer/ QAQC Engineer to support our precast manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring product quality, maintaining operational efficiency, and coordinating closely with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Production Operations

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily and weekly precast production activities in accordance with project schedules and delivery timelines.
• Monitor production progress and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards.
• Allocate manpower effectively and supervise production workers to achieve productivity targets.
• Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage to optimize production costs.

Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QAQC)

• Conduct inspections and quality checks throughout pre-casting, casting, and post-casting processes.
• Ensure all precast components comply with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate testing activities and maintain accurate quality records for compliance and client submissions.
• Investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Technical & Project Coordination

• Review and interpret engineering drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications to ensure accurate production execution.
• Liaise with contractors, Resident Technical Officers (RTOs), consultants, and site teams regarding production requirements and delivery schedules.
• Identify and resolve technical issues related to precast production, installation, and project coordination.
• Prepare and maintain production reports, inspection records, and related documentation.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building Technology, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in precast manufacturing, construction, QAQC, or production supervision will have an added advantage.
• Possess strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to travel to project sites when required.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
