Job Description

Responsibilities

Responsible for managing inventory, maintaining accurate records and supporting daily warehouse administrative and stock control operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect and record incoming goods and materials.
  • Organize and maintain stock in the warehouse or store.
  • Monitor inventory levels and update stock records accurately.
  • Prepare Goods Receiving Notes, Delivery Orders (DO) and stock reports.
  • Perform stock counts and assist in periodic inventory audits.
  • Coordinate with purchasing, sales and warehouse teams regarding stock movements.
  • Process stock transfers, returns and adjustments in the inventory system.
  • Ensure proper filing of warehouse and inventory documents.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area.
  • Report damaged, expired or missing items to the supervisor.
  • Assist in loading and unloading goods when required.
  • Perform other administrative and store-related duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum SPM, STPM, Diploma or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Experience in storekeeping, inventory control or administrative work is an advantage.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Excel, Word, and inventory systems).
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Responsible, detail-oriented and able to work independently.
  • Able to communicate in English and Mandarin.
  • Physically fit and able to handle stock when necessary.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
