Job Description

Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Customer Management to join our team. In this role, you will be the bridge between our customers, internal operations, and regulatory compliance. You will manage end-to-end customer onboarding, resolve inquiries, handle statutory requirements (LHDN and KPKT), and ensure smooth office operations.

Duties and Responsibilities including following:

  • Engaging with customers and facilitate the agreement signing process including agreement preparation, relevant documents and enrolment for Curlec
  • Taking ownership of customer’s issues and following problems through to resolution
  • Able to perform stamping assessment process via LHDN portal, work closely with Finance Team throughout the entire progress
  • Monthly update customer’s Lampiran A and print out the official receipt for filing.
  • Keep accurate records and document customer details according to company’s policies
  • Attained knowledge of KPKT requirements and able to handle auditor’s expectations and questionnaire assertively
  • Control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets
  • Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
  • Ensuring all office maintenance duty is completed (ex: air-con maintenance, tracking of stationary supplies etc.), working closely with Admin Department.

Requirements:

  • 1. Must possess at least Pass in SPM qualification
  • 2. Required language(s) – Bahasa Malaysia, English and other dialect are preferred
  • 3. Proven customer support experience
  • 4. Strong conflict management skills and active listening
  • 5. Familiar with CRM systems and practices
  • 6. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different characters
  • 7. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • 8. Good communication skills
  • 9. Fast learner

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month

Work Location: In person
