Key Responsibilities

• Costing analysis for Electrical LV Panels.
• Standardization and Documentation of costing documents, files and procedures.
• Generate data from system for management team analysis.
• Compare Tender & As built Electrical drawings and document variations.
• Compilation and Preparation of Price and Technical info for Quote submission.
• Prepare quotes for variations.
• Prepare quotes for Spare Parts.
• Ensure compliance to company guidelines and confidentiality requirements.

KPIs

• Submission on time.
• Accuracy.
• Order book-in target and hit rate.

Prerequisites:

Educational Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
• Able to study and interpret Electrical Single Line, Schematic and GA drawings.

Preferred Skills

• Good communication and team work skills.
• Willingness to learn and always look for continuous improvements.

Work Experience

• Minimum 2 years in Electrical Industry in Design, Tendering or Project execution.
• Preferably working in low voltage switchboard industry or has experience in practical aspect of low voltage switchboard application.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
