Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Admin Assistant to support the Finance team in managing daily financial administration and operational processes. The role involves verifying financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, reconciling data, and coordinating with internal branches to ensure timely and accurate financial operations. Job Responsibilities:
- Extract, analyse and tally financial information from operating system.
- Verify bank transactions with operation system.
- Download bank statements and update bank balance spreadsheet.
- Liaise with branches staff on bank receiving.
- Produce various accounting software import templates.
- Accomplish work related activities or tasks assigned by superior as needed.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum SPM, Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of related working experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office – Word & Excel.
- Records maintenance skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Ability to understand and follow specific instructions and procedures.
- Word processing and/or data entry skills.
- Organizing and coordinating skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to perform tasks with accuracy and efficiency in mind.
- Strong team player.
- Time-management skills.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
