• To perform daily checkups during start up and observe treatment machine error status and variables/parameters/settings.
• To perform simulation and planning procedure either two dimensions or three dimension based on treatment technique by the Oncologist & Radiotherapist.
• To prepare treatment accessories and custom made add-ons requirements such as BDS and immobilization device when necessary to enhance accuracy in delivery of the external beam radiation treatment.
• To capture and record simulation and planning parameters and data into the system and on forms and on radiograph (verification films) and to maintain and and upkeep records pertaining to the simulation and planning procedures securely.
• To perform verification based on Electronic Portal Imaging prior to treatment.
• To perform daily external beam radiation treatment for patients undergoing the course of treatment as per radiation Prescription ordered by Oncologist & Radiotherapist adhering to the radiation safety practices as per laws and local rules applied.
• To maintain, upkeep records of treatment delivery in the system and generate monthly reports.
