Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Relevant working experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role.
• Knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Good problem-solving skills and able to work independently.
• Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, printers, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, operating systems, and software applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems promptly.
• Perform routine maintenance, system updates, and data backup.
• Monitor and maintain network connectivity and IT equipment.
• Coordinate with external vendors for IT maintenance and support when required.
• Maintain IT documentation, IT asset inventory, and related records.
• Perform any other IT-related duties assigned by the management.

Working Hours

• Office hours (Details will be discussed during the interview.)
