Job Title: Hong Kong ERP Implementation Consultant

Responsibilities

• Client Consultation: Work closely with clients to provide professional guidance and ensure alignment with business objectives throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Project Management: Assist the Project Manager in ensuring the successful delivery of ERP/HRIS projects, including but not limited to business process analysis, blueprint design, system configuration, go-live deployment, documentation, and BI report development.
• Training & Support: Develop user‑friendly operation manuals, conduct end‑user training, and provide ongoing system maintenance and support. Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and resolve various system‑related issues.
• Custom Development: Prepare functional specification documents for customized development requirements. Coordinate with the R&D team to ensure that all custom development tasks are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree or above.
• Experience: 3+ years of ERP implementation experience with at least 2 full‑cycle projects.
• Technical Skills: Familiar with core ERP modules; capable of process analysis, blueprint design, system configuration, go‑live deployment, and BI report development; able to write functional specifications and troubleshoot system issues.
• Communication Skills: Strong client‑facing communication skills; able to create user manuals and conduct end‑user training.
• Language Skills: Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese (working language).

Pay: $20,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month
