1. Ensure efficient production in line with the company's targets by adjusting production parameters to meet quality standards and prioritizing production schedules. 2. Maintain machinery and production area by 5S system for cleanliness and performing autonomous maintenance on equipment. 3. Accurately prepare production reports, record production outputs, and manage wood and paper reimbursements. 4. Facilitate communication with other departments for production preparation and maintain clear communication between shifts to ensure alignment on goals. 5. Take responsibility for maintaining a safe work environment. 6. Understand and act in accordance with company management system policies. 7. Follow the regulations and standard practices of relevant departments as per the management system. 8. Ensure employees comply with laws and other requirements related to the management system. 9. Actively participate in and provide suggestions for improving the management system in relevant departments
