Job Description:

• Handle daily site administration and documentation ·
• Maintain proper filing of correspondence, approvals, insurance and bond documents ·
• Assist in preparation and submission of documents to JKR ·
• Support Site Agent with site records and reports ·
• Maintain attendance records and basic site logistics coordination ·
• Assist Quantity Surveyor with documentation for progress claims ·
• Ensure site documents are properly organised and readily available for inspections.
• Handle invoices, claims, and admin documentation ·
• Manage site office administration and logistics
• Coordinate with head office and assist with HR matters

Project Overview:

The project “Menaik Taraf Jeti Kargo Kg. Tekek, Pulau Tioman, Pahang” is a government infrastructure project under the supervision of Jabatan Kerja Raya (JKR) Malaysia. The works involve upgrading and strengthening an existing cargo jetty to improve safety, durability, and operational efficiency. The project includes marine and over-water construction works carried out in a coastal and island environment. Located on Pulau Tioman, the project requires careful planning around marine conditions and monsoon seasons. All works are executed in accordance with JKR specifications, with strong emphasis on quality, safety, and environmental compliance.
