JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Strategic Management
- Business Plan
- Compile documents from HOD
- Prepare report/slide for presentation
- Submit to Corporate Planning Department
2. Group Risk Management Department
- Submit Company Risk Register and RMCM to GRMD
- Prepare report/slide for presentation
- Update Risk through EMS system
- Risk representative for monthly meeting
- Point of contact for Risk Internal Audit
3. Corporate Executive Council Meeting
- Compile documents from HOD
- Prepare slide for presentation
- Submit to GCEO's Office
4. Document Control
- Responsible for company daily documents control, including data compilation & verification, photocopying, distribution and filing
- Ensure timely document/reports distribution to respective department
- Implementation & maintenance of document control system
- Responsible company ISO 9001:2015 management
- Lead/Plan Internal Audit for Site & HQ and liaise with Lloyds
- Submit monthly QMS report to QEU Department
5. Administration
- Key in correspondence letters, utility/service bills and admin files
- Submit admin expenses and vehicle maintenance report to GHRA
- Submit utilities bill/PO/memo to Finance Department for payment
- Prepare Purchase Order (PO) from approved requisition
- Manage company vehicle (e.g. insurance, road tax, etc.)
- Oversee HQ office necessary items (e.g. stationery, pantry, etc.)
6. Others
- Part of secretarial group members – company representative for information distribution between Selia Group and HOC/HODs
- Task preparation/arrangement for Operation Meeting and take notes of meeting
- Responsible for updating company profile
- Responsible for company registration certificates with external stakeholders (e.g. PKK, CIDB, MOF, UPEN, Ulyss, etc.)
- Assist Contract Department in process of tendering and pre-qualification
- Liaise with Audit Facility Management and attend HQ office matters (e.g. building maintenance or disaster)
- Assist on HR matters and liaise with GHRA personnel
- Other ad-hoc duties from management
Job Requirement:
1. Degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, Management,
Human Resources, or any related field.
2. Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in strategic planning, business administration,
corporate planning, or office administration.
3. Experience on ISO 9001:2000 and document controls.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prepare reports,
presentations, and management papers.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively
with internal and external stakeholders.
7. Strong documentation, record management, and administrative coordination skills.
Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
