Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor of Science in Plantation Management.

At least 3 or 4 years of experience working in the same field.

Responsibilities:

Prepare estate development plans, plantation material resources planning (MRP), field upkeep and maintenance plans in coordination with estates management.

Monitor the plantation establishment and growth performance of crop production.

Conduct checks on estate development works, assist in solving field matters, manuring, weeding, FFB production and monitoring field activities.

Update and maintain hectarage reports and palm stand count in comparison with past nursery and immature plantation records to check on pilferages or missing and suggest for replacement.

Liaise with consultants, licensed surveyor and field surveyors for relevant data collection and coordination with GIS Department to perform data conversion for input into GIS system.

Coordinate contractors’ works and check claims for work done, resolve outstanding works or variances.
