Seri Pajam Development Hiring! Full Time GENERAL MANAGER (INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT) in Negeri Sembilan - Ricebowl

·  Approach to strategic planning, financial analysis, digital reporting, and business development.

· Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities

· Develop team and provide guidance, support and conduct internal sales training to improve team performance

· Oversee team performance & flow 

· Contribute to the overall business strategy and decision-making process

· Maintain a thorough understanding of our product portfolio and industry trends to provide expert guidance and solutions to clients

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceptional customer experience

· Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within your designated industry sectors

· Oversee market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of trends and capitalize on emerging opportunities.

·  Attending industry events and networking to expand your professional contact

· Providing regular sales reports and performance updates to the Management team

·  Able to travel outstation whenever required.

· Any other responsibility as relevant will be assigned from time to time by the management.

Job Requirements

·       Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or related fields.

·       Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, marketing, industrial business development, or related fields.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients

·       Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a proven ability to secure new business

·       Highly motivated, target -driven and able to work independently

·       Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and address client needs

·       Proficient in using sales-related software and digital tools to enhance productivity and performance

·       Fluent in Mandarin (advantage), English, and Bahasa Malaysia.

·       Possess own transport and willing to travel when required.
