Job Description:
• Prepare and contribute to scientific manuscripts, journal articles, book chapters, and other technical publications.
• Conduct literature reviews and scientific research, particularly in the field of regenerative medicine, including data collection, analysis, and ensuring compliance with established procedures, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Independently plan, execute, and troubleshoot laboratory experiments and research activities, demonstrating strong scientific curiosity, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for research.
• Develop and implement preclinical development strategies aligned with overall product development objectives.
• Coordinate and manage preclinical studies conducted at third-party GLP-compliant laboratories, including obtaining quotations, processing payments, monitoring study progress, coordinating meetings, reviewing reports, and managing test item logistics and shipments in preparation for clinical development.
• Serve as the regulatory liaison by preparing, managing, and submitting documentation required for regulatory approvals and maintaining communication with relevant regulatory authorities.
• Support cross-functional projects and undertake additional responsibilities and ad hoc assignments as directed by the Company.

Job Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science, Life Science, or Biotechnology, with a Master’s or PhD preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in the research industry.
• Preferably experienced in preclinical and clinical trials.
• Proficiency in English is required; Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Strong laboratory skills and scientific writing abilities.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and positive mindset.
• Capable of conducting independent research with a strong passion for scientific discovery.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple concurrent projects while meeting deadlines.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• A team player with the ability to work independently.
