Supervise production supervisors, team leaders and operators to ensure daily production targets are met.   Also responsible for ensuring goods are delivered to customers as per daily delivery instructions.

 ·         Conduct morning briefing with direct reports on daily target, output, etc

·         Assist planner to plan material as per requirement

·         Monitor daily production output and efficiency

·         Analyze production efficiency by preparing daily and weekly report

·         Coordinate and involved in verifying stock-take

·         Monitor daily delivery targets

·         Handle production process issues and propose counter measure to be taken

·         Attend customers complaint when required

·         Ensure all necessary documents is well prepare for audit

·         Control rework and rejection rate in the line

·         Plan, arrange and monitor material / part testing during process

·         Monitor material consumption during process

·         Plan tools maintenance activity

·         Monitor compliance to legal related to environmental

·         Initiate improvement activities related to productivity, quality, safety and environmental

·         Notify / report on any changes occurred in his / her area

·         Verify SOPs and process standards

·         Initiative and implement cost saving activities for production floor

·         Lead the communication process when key information needs to be disseminated to the production team or other departments concerned

·         Support and carry out responsibility assigned related to Safety, Health & Environment

·     Holds a Degree in Manufacturing / Engineering or equivalent with 1 years working experience in manufacturing industry.
