Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Training Development Executive role based in Seri Kembangan. The Training Development Executive will identify client training needs, design and refine training programs and materials, and support the delivery of corporate training sessions. Responsibilities include conducting training needs analysis, coordinating program logistics, preparing presentations and learning content, and gathering feedback to improve training effectiveness. The role involves working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure programs meet desired outcomes and align with organizational culture and performance goals. The Training Development Executive will also assist in reporting, evaluating training impact, and supporting continuous improvement of the training portfolio.

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Training Needs Analysis and Training & Development.
• Candidates should possess effective Presentation Skills and the ability to facilitate learning for diverse audiences.
• Candidates should possess solid Interpersonal Skills to build relationships with clients and participants.
• Candidates should possess good Analytical Skills to interpret data, feedback, and training outcomes.
• Relevant experience in corporate training, HR development, or learning and development is beneficial.
• A diploma or degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple programs, and maintain high attention to detail.
