• Carry out daily, monthly and scheduled preventive maintenance for production machines.
• Attend to machine breakdowns and perform troubleshooting.
• Inspect and maintain mechanical, electrical and basic control systems.
• Support maintenance for drawing machines, stranding machines, extrusion machines, cabling machines, armouring machines, rewind machines, compressor and other production equipment.
• Perform machine cleaning, lubrication, belt checking, bearing checking and general machine servicing.
• Record maintenance activities, breakdown reports and repair actions.
• Coordinate with production team to reduce machine downtime.
• Assist external technicians or contractors when required.
• Ensure workplace safety and follow company safety procedures.
