Job Description

Responsibilities

Administration

  • Handle daily administrative and clerical tasks.
  • Prepare and maintain reports, records, and documents.
  • Assist with general office administration.

Inventory

  • Manage stock receiving, issuing, and inventory records.
  • Conduct stock counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Coordinate order processing and deliveries.

Human Resources

  • Assist with attendance, leave, overtime, and employee records.
  • Support HR administrative activities.

Finance

  • Assist with invoicing and payment follow-ups.
  • Support basic finance and procurement administration.

Safety & Health

  • Coordinate workplace safety inspections.
  • Monitor Unsafe Act & Unsafe Condition (UAUC) reporting.
  • Ensure safety signage and notices are properly displayed and maintained.
  • Support compliance with Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) policies.

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM, Certificate, or Diploma in a related field.
  • Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Office.
  • Good communication and organisational skills.
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
  • Experience in administration, inventory, or safety is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
