Join our growing retail optical group with 40+ outlets across Sabah, Sarawak and Brunei.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and respinsible Inventory Control Executive to support stock accuracy, stock adjustment, sales reporting, uncollection checking and inventory control acrros our outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Control & Stock Management

• Monitor and verify stock adjustment request from outlets.
• Check stock variance, stock movement and inventory disrepancies.
• Ensure all stock adjustments are supported with proper documents and valid reasons.
• Update, maitain and reconcile stock records in the system.
• Assists in identifying stock errors, system mistakes, missing items or incorrect transactions.
• Support stock checking, stock audit and inventory control activities.

Coordinator & Communication

• Liaise with outlet staff, stock team and management on stock-related matters.

Sales Reporting & Analysis

• Check sales reports by item, product category and outlet.
• Prepare item sales summary reports for management review, including monthly sales reports by outlet and product item as per company reporting format.
• Prepare sales reports for management review.

Uncollection Monitoring & Follow-Up

• Check uncollected sales, outstanding collections or pending customer collections and prepare the necessary reports.
• Follow up with relevant outlets on uncollection matters, discrepancies and incomplete records.

Compliance & Record Accuracy

• Ensure sales, stock and uncollection records are properly checked, updated and reported accurately.
• Ensure compliance with company stock handling procedures, reporting requirements and inventory SOP.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
