1. Prepare conceptual, schematic, and detailed architectural drawings.

2. Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.

3. Ensure drawings comply with local building codes, regulations, and client requirements.

4. Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, M&E, and other consultants.

5. Prepare submission drawings for authority approval.

6. Prepare tender and construction drawing packages.

7. Revise drawings based on client, consultant, and management feedback.

8. Resolve design and technical issues during project execution.

9. Ensure design deliverables are completed within project timelines.

10. Ensure all drawings are updated to the latest revisions.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
