Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop, write, and modify CNC programs for production machines based on technical drawings, specifications, and 3D models.
- Collaborate with the design, engineering, and fabrication teams to interpret blueprints and create accurate production parts.
- Collaborate with operators to set up and calibrate machinery before production runs, ensuring proper tools and materials are used.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to CNC machine operation and programming.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure that parts meet design specifications and tolerances.
- Optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize machine downtime.
- Run CNC Machine when needed or when operator is not available.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new CNC programming techniques, and advancements in machining technologies.
- Maintain and follow safety protocols, ensuring a clean and organized work environment.
