• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Training will be provided. 
• Candidates with accounting experience will have an added advantage. 
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting principles. 
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn. 
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Accounting Operations

• Handle daily billing, invoicing, payment processing, and claims administration.
• Perform Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and General Ledger (GL) transactions accurately and on time.
• Maintain accurate accounting records, financial documents, and proper filing systems.
• Process journal entries, reconciliations, and other accounting transactions.

Financial Reporting & Reconciliation

• Assist in preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Perform bank reconciliations, account reconciliations, and balance sheet schedules.
• Ensure financial data is complete, accurate, and recorded in accordance with company policies.

Audit & Compliance

• Assist with SST submissions and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

Finance Support

• Work closely with internal departments to support daily business operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and operational efficiency.
• Perform ad-hoc finance and accounting duties assigned by management.
