About SSR Cleaning: SSR Cleaning is a premier provider of professional cleaning and facility management services. We are looking for an experienced, reliable, and proactive Cleaning Services Supervisor to manage our on-site team and operations at our AIMST site.

The ideal candidate will be highly independent, possess excellent client-facing skills, and have a proven track record of maintaining meticulous operational records and documentation.

Shift & Schedule:

Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Saturday: Half-day (Morning shift)

Day off: Sunday

Key Responsibilities:

Team Supervision: Oversee, train, and motivate the on-site cleaning team to ensure all cleaning standards and protocols are strictly met.

Client & Customer Relations: Act as the primary on-site liaison for the client (AIMST), addressing feedback, handling inquiries, and ensuring high client satisfaction.

Documentation & Records: Maintain accurate daily logs, including staff attendance, inventory/supply checklists, machinery maintenance records, and incident reports.

Independent Management: Oversee daily operations independently, troubleshoot on-site issues smoothly, and ensure efficient workflow without constant supervision.

Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure all designated areas meet SSR Cleaning’s strict quality and hygiene standards.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Cleaning Supervisor, Team Lead, or in a similar supervisory role within the cleaning/facilities industry.

Client Skills: Proven experience dealing directly with clients or customers in a professional manner.

Administrative Skills: Strong ability to handle physical/digital documentation, write basic reports, and keep organized records.

Autonomy: Ability to work independently, manage a team effectively, and make operational decisions on-site.

Language: Ability to communicate clearly with both the cleaning crew and client management.
